ANNUAL SUMMER TOPGOLF TOURNAMENT AND FUNDRAISER

The Annual Southern Arizona Chapter APWA Topgolf Tournament and Fundraiser is an exciting event that includes golf, a buffet, and raffle prizes! All proceeds will benefit the Sunnyside School Foundation. Topgolf has a series of bays and each bay holds up to six players. Our event includes up to 20 bays and 100 player spots available so sign up before the event sells out. Prizes will be presented to the top three teams.

TOURNAMENT LOCATION: 4050 W. Costco Drive, Tucson AZ 85741

 

SPONSORSHIPS:

Title Sponsorship (Exclusive) is $2,000 and includes:

  • Two reserved bays with 6 event/player tickets, 12 players total (total value is $1,340).

  • Company logo on all event branding.

  • Board with logo or promotional content at the event near the buffet.

  • 24 tickets to participate in the Hole-in-One Challenge.

Hole-In-One Sponsorship (Exclusive) is $1,000 and includes:

  • Total value is $1,240. (Cost of tournament is $785; Value includes $280)

  • Company logo on all event branding.

  • Company logo at hole in one area & on tickets presented to each player to participate in the Hole-In-One Challenge. 

  • Opportunity to have a table at the Hole-In-One area for your company. 

  • Two tickets to play, and 6 tickets to participate in the Hole-in-One Challenge

Bay Sponsorship (Limited to 7 Sponsors) is $750 and includes:

  • One reserved bay with 6 event/player tickets, (total value is $610).

  • Company logo on all event branding.

  • Board with logo at the event near the bay.

  • 6 tickets to participate in the Hole-in-One Challenge.

Food and Beverage Sponsorship (Limited to 9 Sponsors) is $400 and includes:

  • Two event/player tickets, (total value is $220).

  • Company logo on all event branding.

  • Board with logo at the event near the bar or buffet along with other Food and Beverage Sponsors.

  • 2 tickets to participate in the Hole-in-One Challenge.

Raffle Prize Sponsorships:

  • Please contact Fred Nacaroti to donate items or funds for the raffle

  • Recognition and logos at the raffle event

RAFFLE DETAILS: There will be an opportunity for players to purchase raffle tickets for some great prizes at the event for an additional cost of $5 each or five for $20. 

FOOD AND BAR DETAILS: Each player will receive full access to the Ultimate Bites buffet. The buffet will include Buffalo Cauliflower (Vegetarian) + Spinach Artichoke Dip + Tortilla Chips + Cheese & Charcuterie + Hummus + Crudité + Boneless Buffalo Wings + Injectable Donut Holes (Raspeberry & Chocolate Filling) + Beverages (Soda, Iced Tea, Coffee & Water) . A bartender will also be available able to provide beer, wine, or mixed drinks at the player’s expense.
