Coming Soon - Free Virtual Summer Series

In light of the current circumstances surrounding agency/owner travel restrictions and budget adjustments due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have decided to cancel the 2020 Arizona Statewide Conference that was scheduled for July 29-31 at the El Conquistador Tucson. We appreciate the support of the sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, registered attendees, and members during this time and we are committed to providing you with an exciting virtual program that will carry on the spirit of the statewide conference. Our conference committee is working on developing a Free Virtual Summer Series of events that will feature the session lineup, awards ceremony, and events that we had planned to do in person. These online gatherings will allow us to continue our theme of “Celebrating Public Works” and offer opportunities for members to learn about leadership, infrastructure, and our community. More details will be available in the coming weeks.

Conference Registrations: All registrations for the conference will be automatically be issued a full refund via the method in which payment was received. Please understand that it will take some time for our event staff to process all the reimbursements and we are grateful for your patience.

Resort Registrations: We have coordinated with the El Conquistador Tucson to keep the current rates in place for those that would like to take a personal getaway. They are anticipating opening their pool in June. If you have already booked a room and you do not want to utilize your reservation, please contact the resort directly to cancel your reservations at no cost.

Sponsors and Exhibitors: You have the option to hold your sponsorship and booth location for next year’s conference on August 4-6, 2021 or you can receive a full refund.
